Problem
Logistics partners, drivers, and clients often struggled with fragmented systems for delivery tracking, route planning, and fleet management. Switching between multiple tools created inefficiencies, confusion, and delays, especially when real-time updates were needed.
Approach
I designed a unified, user-friendly interface that consolidated these workflows into a single platform. By mapping user journeys for each stakeholder (partners, drivers, and clients), I created intuitive dashboards, simplified navigation, and real-time tracking features.
